Accessibility statement
Our commitment, and how to get help.

Buying a home is stressful enough. This website should not add to it, whatever device you use or however you use it.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is the standard referenced by the Australian Human Rights Commission for websites providing goods and services.
What we have done
- Colour contrast — all text meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio, and larger text and interface elements meet 3:1. Contrast is verified as part of our build process, not checked by eye.
- Keyboard access — every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Skip link — a “skip to main content” link lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation on every page.
- Structure — pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them meaningfully.
- Forms — every field has a visible, correctly associated label, and errors are described in text rather than indicated by colour alone.
- Text size — body text is never smaller than 16px and the page reflows without loss of content when zoomed to 200%.
- Motion — animation is minimal and respects the operating system’s reduce-motion setting.
- Dark mode — the site follows your device’s light or dark preference, with contrast verified in both.
- Works without JavaScript — navigation and all page content work with JavaScript disabled. Only the calculators require it.
Known limitations
- The calculators require JavaScript. If you cannot use them, call us and we will run the numbers with you.
- Where we embed a third-party booking calendar, its accessibility is determined by that provider. You can always book by phone or email instead.
- Some documents may be provided as PDFs. If a PDF is not accessible to you, ask us and we will provide the content in another format.
If something is not working for you
Please tell us. We will fix the problem, and in the meantime we will give you the information or service another way — by phone, by email, or in whatever format works for you. There is no cost and no inconvenience to you in asking.

Feedback
We review this statement as the site changes. If you have found a barrier we have not listed here, we would genuinely like to know — it helps us fix it for the next person.
